What Naksha is

Naksha generates short, AI-written readings based on the birth details you enter. The text is produced by a large language model. There is no human astrologer reviewing it.

What it isn't

Readings are for reflection and entertainment only. They are not predictions. They are not a substitute for medical, mental-health, financial, legal, or relationship advice. AI can and does make mistakes — your reality may be very different from what the reading describes.

Age requirement

You must be at least 12 years old to generate a reading. For compatibility readings, both people must be at least 12. If you are not old enough, please don't use the service.

Sign-in and emails

To email yourself a copy of a report, you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. By entering an email you confirm it belongs to you and agree to receive transactional emails required to use the feature — the login code and the report copy itself — as well as occasional updates, new features, or offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

You can request deletion of your email and account at any time by writing to hello@naksha.life from the address on file.

Acceptable use

Don't use Naksha to harass anyone, generate content about real people without a reasonable basis to do so, sign in with an email that isn't yours, or attempt to abuse the service (scraping, automated mass requests, etc.). We may rate-limit or block traffic that looks like abuse.

Refund policy

Each report is generated on demand using AI compute we pay for at the moment of your request. Because of that:

• No refunds once a report has been generated and viewed. Disagreement with the content, finding it inaccurate, or no longer wanting it does not qualify.
• Refunds when payment is charged but no report is generated (AI failure, technical error on our side). We process these within 5–7 business days of you writing in.

We keep a small delivery log for every report — generation time, page views, downloads. We use it to decide each request fairly. If the log shows the report was generated and read, we'll share that with you and decline the request.

To request a refund, email hello@naksha.life with your report link or ID and a one-line reason. We reply within 2 business days.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any decision you make based on a reading.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do.
